Refund policy
Please Note:
A return processing fee of $9.75 is applicable to all refunds.
Exchanges:
Exchange purchases through our return portal and store credits incur No Return Fees.
*Limited to one free exchange per order.
👕 Need to change sizes? Opt for the SIZE EXCHANGE option. No return fees apply.
💳 Select the STORE CREDIT option and redeem the balance on a future purchases. Incurs no additional fees. Just remember, it is not eligible for cash nor card refunds.
⏳ Store credits and refunds will be issued within 2-3 weeks after your return has arrived our facility.
🚚 Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable; they serve to ensure your initial delivery.
🙌 Until your return is safely in our hands, it remains your responsibility to oversee its journey.
❌ A gentle reminder – returns that fall short of our specified requirements won't make the refund cut, and you'll be responsible for the return postage.
🎁 Lastly, for non-El Guapo items sent our way, we'll pay it forward through our donation program.
Refund Exclusions:
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final Sale or clearance items (e.g., those ending in .50 cents) are not returnable.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Returns for Orders Paid with Gift Cards
For orders exclusively purchased with an El Guapo Gift Card, your refund will be provided in the form of a new Gift Card, covering the full order amount, minus shipping costs and any applicable taxes on shipping.
In cases where payment was made using a combination of a credit card and Gift Card(s), we will prioritize refunding your credit card with an amount equivalent to the original charge. Subsequently, a new Gift Card will be issued to cover the Gift Card portion of the order.
Submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
To initiate your return, please click here.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
International Orders:
We regret to inform you that exchanges and returns are not available for international orders. All international orders are considered Final Sale.
