El Guapo's Signature Shipping Experience

At El Guapo, we know that anticipation can be half the fun when it comes to fashion, but we also understand that you want your Guapo goods as soon as possible. That's why we've created our shipping process to ensure a smooth journey from our hands to yours. Here's the lowdown on how we handle shipping:

 

Shipping Speed:

  • Orders are usually dressed up and ready to go within one to three to seven business days (3-7 DAYS), Monday through Friday. For those who simply can't wait, we offer the Expedited Handling option, ensuring your order takes center stage for swift dispatch.

 

  • As soon as your shipping label is ready, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking information. Just remember, for orders valued at $250 or more, our packages require a signature upon arrival to prevent any unwanted fashion heists.

 

  • After your order is sent on its way, you can typically expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days. Keep in mind that delivery might take a little longer for our Guapos in more remote regions. This estimate doesn't include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen carrier keepbacks.

 

 

Shipping Address:

 

  • We ship to the address you provide, so please make sure all the details are accurate before hitting that order button. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we can't make any changes.

 

  • While your order is under our watchful eye, it's in good hands. However, once it leaves our warehouse, it's out of our control. We can't be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If there are any problems with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. 

 

 

United States Shipping:

 

  • For orders under $49.99, enjoy FREE Standard Economy Shipping! Plus, keep an eye out for our occasional site-wide free shipping promotions—because we believe looking Guapo should always come with extra perks..

 

  • If patience isn't your virtue, our Expedited Handling option is available for $14.99. It won't speed up the shipping process, but it'll get your order on its way faster.

 

  • Need it even faster? Check out our variable-priced Next Day shipping option, calculated at checkout. Just remember that there's a 12 PM PST cutoff for same-day dispatch, Monday through Friday.

 

 

International Shipping (Outside USA):


  • For our global Guapos, international shipping comes at a flat fee of $39.99. Keep in mind that this doesn't cover local taxes or duties, which can vary by country.

 

  • Our neighbors to the north in Canada enjoy a special rate of $29.99 for shipping. Orders under $399.99 include taxes and duties, while those over $400 are exempt.

 

  • Please note that international orders are non-returnable and final sale. The responsibility for local taxes and duties falls on our international Guapos, and these charges can range from 20% to 50% of the total order value.

 

  • Our shipping charge is all about postage – it doesn't cover taxes and duties. International orders usually make their debut within one to two weeks.
